Review INCRA MITEREXPRESS Miter Express, Fantastic Sled, Poor Color Choice

A yesterday. I search for information on the INCRA MITEREXPRESS Miter Express, so i would like to describe here.


I just love tuned instruments well well done-and this is one of them. I used the slide for several projects since I purchased it and I find it very accurate and easy to configure. I recently did some cabinet doors and made a big difference in how everything fit together. I was using a Dewalt 12 sliding Miter "to cut the rails and stiles. being out only 1/32 is very evident and the miter saw not only aligns so easily. the slide comes equipped on the left installion

The few days before. I search for information on the Micro Jig ZP9-B2S2 Zeroplay Guide Bar System Double Pack, so i would like to describe here.


mitre sliders best on the market. I'm using these with incra build-it. I was using mitre cursors, however, there was not too much play (Wobble), or were too tight to move. Micro Jig cursors Zeroplay are easy to install and calibrate. for installation I used a 1/4 drill where sliders, then I used some 1/2 for flare. If you are uncomfortable with this, use scrap before. Once you have the correct depth on 1/2

Review Kreg KMS7102 Table Saw Precision, Great, but be aware of using with Compact Saws

A previous week. I search for information on the Kreg KMS7102 Table Saw Precision Miter Gauge System, so i would like to describe here.


This is an excellent tool. my happiness is that it is easy to set up and use the slot to the right on the table. is dead accurate--I didn't have to change anything to make cuts absolutely square feet. ANYWAY ... --I would be much happier if the scrollbar was aluminum instead of steel. the aluminium bar bends very. plastic adjusters must be adjusted exactly right or the bar will flex, by slightly changing the angle of cutting-. I am a Carpenter and sometimes

A few days before. I search for information on the Kreg KMS7303 30-Inch Jig and Fixture Bar, so i have to tell.


I liked many things about these bars. compared to Incra, bar are superior in many ways. There is one thing I don't like about these bars and that is the mounting holes countersinked. I would have preferred a flat bottom hole, so that there would be no danger of ScrollBar in one way or the other when the screw is tightened. I found the Kreg ways bar to be more desirable than Incras: the bars are not trapezoidal as well 24 sliders, Incra "so that they can

A previous week. I search for information on the UHMW Strip 3/4" X 3/8" X 48" By Peachtree Woodworking - PW1121, so i have to tell.


I purchased the material UHMW 3/4 "to be used as slides of Mithras for a reconstruction to cross slide and they work great. in my generation, I used original manufactured aluminum slides with adjustments. aluminum slides were difficult to install and adjust; It would bind and never really worked smoothly. After reading other reviews about the problems with the boss of UHMW, I considered expensive. steel skids. I had a solution to the problem projecting believe I ordered the UHMW. slide

The week ago. I'm looking for information on the Gripper(TM) 200 Advanced System - Assorted Colors (Black or Yellow), so i would like to describe here.


Initially I saw this on a "how to" videos. I don't like the most expensive toy or newer. I made a couple of push sticks and what have you done and do. initially looked at this as a gimmick, but the more I looked at it, I became more interested. This is the single BEST safety item I have purchased. is spectacular when cutting narrow planks. has the ability to support/push the workpiece on both sides of the blade. A couple of days ago. I search for information on the INCRA I-BOX Jig for Box Joints, so i would like to describe here.


While my learning curve has destroyed a forrest that was worth it. This jig is amazing. now I did almost 100 boxes of various sizes and looks great. many of them fit together so well that I used only glue to secure the base of the box. This jig is well worth the money, but beware! Read the instructions very carefully and bring your laptop in your store then you can play dvd instructions while you are setting the jig. the settings are simple, but there is a lot to remember

INCRA ME/1000SE Miter Express and Miter1000, Great accessory for your Table Saw in my opinion

The several days before. I search for information on the INCRA ME/1000SE Miter Express and Miter1000 SE Combo Pack, so i would like to describe here.


I use this unit on a construction site saw Bosch 4000. I think for the money and size, you can't beat this unit. any other combination of calibre and would be too large for a saw; However, this unit is perfectly sized for it. Setup and calibration takes approx. 45 minutes. for bosch, was a bit confusing because the angle of the saw is opposite to how the unit is configured (although include some instructions on how to flip that). I'm rating

Review Incra IMS1 18-Inch Incra Miter Slider, The only way I will create jigs

The yesterday. I'm looking for information on the Incra IMS1 18-Inch Incra Miter Slider, so i would like to describe here.


This slider worked well for me. It was packed well with all mounting screws are required as well as instructions on how to make your own masks. I especially like the ability to adjust the fit of this slider from top of jig through adjustment holes. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We like if offered and the Incra longer version of 24 ".

Shop Fox D2725 36-Inch T-Slot Track, Glue, don't screw! in my opinion

The yesterday. I search for information on the Shop Fox D2725 36-Inch T-Slot Track, so i have to tell.


I bought two of these, but 24 "for a solution of Miter table. have a nice deep red instead of my usual source which comes in blue (Rockler). they are also nice that are 3/8 "inch deep, perfect for getting 3/4" plywood. Note: these are supplied without screw holes or screws! I plan in place and epoxy the holes where I needed them. This requires a bit more time, but gives you the flexibility to place the screws where you need it. I think the epoxy

The few days ago. I'm looking for information on the POWERTEC 20301 Horizontal Quick-Release Toggle Clamp, 500 lbs Capacity,, so i would like to describe here.


I just want to add other users praise, mounted on a router table and miter gauge is just fine, continues to work the pieces in place and secure, I was having trouble when making narrow ends, the blade will just rest the workpiece enough to ruin the finish, now is great.

A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the 45 Degree Miter Sled, so i would like to bring a story to tell.


Remember that we always advise you to cut with the grain to avoid tear-out. (Meaning a cut will be on the left of the blade and the other on the right side of the blade and the hands will always be near or beyond the blade, just like in the picture). I was able to get consistent 45 degree cuts, but makes me nervous having my hands so close the blade.

Review MLCS 9167 Safety Push Block and 5-Piece, Great Value and a Nice Qualtiy Product

A previous week. I search for information on the MLCS 9167 Safety Push Block and 5-Piece Stick Package, so i have to tell.


What can you say? Are thrust blocks. but they were expensive, and foam rubber back big handlebars to allow control of your piece better. the only thing I wish they had were their magnets, so you could just attach them to the side of your equipment, but buy some rare earth magnets and glue em up, and that fixes that.

This is a high quality sled and it works as it is supposed to. the only problem I found you need to be careful how close you fasten the workpiece or will bend the base (temporarily).

The couple of days ago. I search for information on the INCRA IMS1SE Steel Miter Slider SE 18-Inch (Special Edition), so i would like to describe here.


I bought two of these to use for a small sled sliding crosscut my table saw. I just finished the project and these great sliders machined. more online video recommended to make cursors from hardwood, but then you run the risk of wood expansion or contraction with humidity variations. Since the sliders must fit perfectly, metal seems a better way to go. the can be reused easily even if you decide to build a new sled in the future. I mounted the sliders by placing

The few days ago. I'm looking for information on the Micro Jig GRP-11G GRR-Ripper 1/8-Inch Leg Accessory, so i would like to describe here.


This was a fast change out my grr-ripper and is awesome for ripping small pieces. still holds well enough to use on larger pieces too so don't change it when I make large cuts. securely holds and maintains stock pressed against the fence to avoid Kickback and keeps your fingers far the whole process. You can't ask for much more.

The week ago. I'm looking for information on the 48" ALUMINUM MITER T-BAR by Peachtree Woodworking - PW1034, so i would like to bring a story to tell.


bought these to make a crosscut sled for my table saw. I am a minimalist type joiner. I really don't have the space for a complete setup so I'm dealing with a table saw rigid folding R4510. I tried a bar of Mithras from another manufacturer and has served me well, but these t-bar fit perfectly in my TS Miter slots and I was able to make a very good sled for straight cuts and clogs. If you have a miter slot t your standard TS then these should fit perfectly. * update * the only

A several days before. I'm looking for information on the Bench Dog Tools 40-102 ProMax Cast Iron Router Table Extension, so i would like to bring a story to tell.


I purchased the bench dog 40-102 tools ProMax cast iron Router table extension saw go SawStop Contractor. that installed with the addition of two holes to match the table saw fence rails great. the four holes for fitting perfectly matched to the saw extension. I also invented a metal bracket for fixation of electronic controls table saw in the same location as the Assembly calls, with the exception of being about an inch and a half

The several days before. I'm looking for information on the Micro Jig Single ZeroPlay Miter Guide Bar, so i would like to describe here.


I am really impressed with this guide bar. I bought 2 of them and plan to buy more in order to make the table saw and band saw sleds (45 degrees cut skids, etc.). I used the 1° Guide bar in a simple cross cut sled. the sled does not wiggle or jiggle at all. I only used a guide bar, with the intention of using the second for greater stability, but that was never a problem, so the second bar will go on a separate jig. BTW-I also recorded the UHMW tape CS Hyde UHMW
